天氣開始冷了,
朋友發了幾個餐廳連接給我,
我一眼就被涮羊肉三個字吸引住,
腦海中頓時出現了冒著熱騰騰煙氣的銅鍋,
忽然就饞到不行欸!

他也很開心,
因為都沒人陪他吃這種銅鍋🍲,
其他人都要吃麻辣🌶️火鍋,
覺得這種太清淡。

一進門就被那種老字號氛圍吸引住,
牆上滿滿獎牌、裝潢復古又有味道,
整間店超有fu~

點了264雙人套餐,
銅鍋一端上,
滿滿的儀式感頓然撲面而來🔥

看到剛淋上油端出來的辣子,
辣子還在滋滋作響,
一股香氣衝鼻而來,
太香了。

套餐里的爆肚馬上就端上來,
我才發覺是已經涮好的,
沾上加了辣子的麻醬,
真是太好吃了。

而且廚師幫忙涮好的牛肚口感很嫩,
火候正好,
比自己以前胡亂涮的好吃多了。
不得不給廚師點個贊。
再涮了羊脆骨肉卷,這個第一次吃,
一開始還以為是牛肉,
沒想到居然是羊肉,
肉里還帶著脆骨,
很特別的口感。

還加點了火燒,這也是必吃的,
一層層的酥香,就喜歡它的層次感,
再喝上一口酸梅湯,
簡直不要太完美。

吃完火鍋,身子頓時暖了起來,
能和老朋友圍爐吃頓好火鍋,
就是最簡單的幸福。

The moment we walked in, we were greeted by that nostalgic, old-school Beijing charm — vintage décor, walls filled with awards, and the smell of simmering broth.

We ordered the 264 RMB set for two, and as the copper pot arrived, the heat, aroma, and sizzling chili oil brought a rush of memories.
